Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing a product from Ajkerdokan. If you change your mind for any reason, please follow the relevant points below for information on product return deadlines and the product return process.

We strive to ensure that every purchase and every product you make is right. Following receipt of the product, if there is a manufacturing fault, the product is non-functional, or there is a discrepancy in color or size compared to the ordered product, you have the option to initiate a product return. In instances of missing products or complaints about receiving the wrong item, it is imperative to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery personnel or record an unboxing video. Claims related to missing items in the package, damage during courier transit, or receiving a different product will only be considered valid if accompanied by an unboxing video. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to record the unboxing process to avoid any misunderstandings.

We provide a 7-day replacement warranty on almost all products. It is noted here that 48 hours will apply for perishable food items.

Please make a written complaint to us if you find any problem after checking the product as soon as possible after receiving the delivery.

If a product needs to be returned, it must be properly boxed or in a separate bag (no tape on the product box) along with all the papers, boxes, accessories, warranty cards, stickers, labels, gift items, etc. provided with it and the courier to our office address. You may choose to handle this task personally or delegate it to someone else. If there is an option to collect the product directly from your location, we will make an effort to do so. but you have to pay the courier charge in advance.

Product returns must be in re-saleable condition, product returns will not be accepted if any parts are missing or the box is damaged. If everything is fine after receiving the product, a refund will be arranged after checking the product.

Suppose there is any fault in the product. In that case, we will bear the delivery charges (Tk 60 inside Dhaka and any additional courier charges outside Dhaka Tk 120 will have to be paid by the buyer) but in case of a change of mind or dislike or other cases, courier charges and other payment settlement. The customer has to bear the entire charge.

We will refund the amount due to you in cash or by convenient means after we return the goods from you. In this case, the following points will be followed:

Your money will be sent to your mobile banking account (if any) or your provided wallet (credit or debit card) on the portal.

We may need 5-7 business days to refund your account. In this case, if you purchased the product at an offer price, your refund/replacement/adjustment will be based on that offer price.

If you use more than one method to pay for products and services and you return certain products in your order, the refund will be made by the following applicable methods:
